Buck Rogers, Edge of Tomorrow, Blade Runner, Superman... all of these are sci-fi, not apocalyptic and all have been confirmed by BGS staff as 'influences'.
That's the issue, I think, they used up all their best plagiarism powers on FO4 so nothing good was left for Starfield.
The Fallout IP was good because it wasn't created by Bethesda at all. The only good games in it were made by Interplay, and a mid game made by Obsidian. Bethesda made easily consumed slop with top tier memes. But they lost the ability to even do that now, because it's too unlikable even for memes and nobody likes it.
Lol ok, let's see your list of work.
If you think all their games are ♥♥♥♥♥ why do you bother
There are a lot of sci fi influences on display in Starfield, mostly tonal/setting/faction related to famous authors' bodies of work, along with references/nods here and there. Asimov, Clarke, Heinlein being the obvious ones, but also Ursula K Le Guin and others, arguably a bit of Frank Herbert. There is a massive amount of Firefly influence on display. There is even a location chosen for one of the big important historical battles that I consider a Star Trek reference iykyk.
Recognizing a lot of it requires that you've read sci fi books.
You just put the two most used bethbot lines in a single post. Seen it. Got anything else or is that it?
Looks like a concept art of new atlantis
It's clearly AI generated, Naughty Dog fan fiction... Wouldn't be surprised if the OP is the one who made it hoping to farm likes on Twitter, and jesters here on Steam...
That's complicated history. The short answer is that there is a reason why Interplay is listed developer and publisher of Fallout on Wikipedia with Tim Cain as creator. BI was a subsidiary at that time.

Does it matter if someone else makes a game better than Starfield? What's the point of this post?
Nothing is the point of the thread... It's just a typical (in this case failed) attempt at jester farming / general trolling...
