Dark Vortex Cysts - post-DLC story...

Now I've finished the DLC and essentially in endgame, I'm stuggling to find cysts so I can create one of the Vortex Grenades and get that achievement.

Have all the horrors now disappeared? Would make sense based on the story being completed but also a tad of an oversight on the part of BGS...

Land your aircraft in any location outside of the Dazra city, recommend the desert biome, you will find them lurking in POI.

I don't know post-finish, but I've plenty of shards, ichor, and 3 kinds of cysts, regular, Dark, and Glowing. I mean, like lots, like double digits. You find out about the grenades during the MQ. All you need to do is go to an industrial workbench and check the ingredients. This isn't really an oversight on the dev's part. It's an oversight on the part of the player who wants the achievement. I think Game Rant did a piece on the recipes, not sure though.

Oh, it's deffo an oversight mainly on my part as I didn't notice the achievement or look to craft any vortex grenades during the main story...

You can harvest them on Va'ruun'kai and elsewhere in the Kavnyk system

I managed to get one by finding two phantom groats at an abandoned groat farm, so achievement achieved.

I'm now free, with 4 achievements still outstanding, to start modding and digging deeper into the game...
