UC Distribution Center

I can no longer enter the UC DC anymore game freezes EVERY DAMN time does anyone know what's going on ? help would be much appreciated

Running any mods, or mods that add items to leveled lists??

The game crashes when I press the start button to save games or go to the map to travel to places. I have the creations mods that are from Bethesda.

Yup and there are still several posters here who insist the CK is working just fine....

Some creations are buggy. Also there is no guarantee that they will work seamlessly with each other. In other words, except maybe for the stuff that says that it was specifically created by Bethesda, treat them as any other mod, i.e. use at your own risk. Try some things like disabling mods one by one, verifying the integrity of game files, and going back to a save when things worked.

Yup and there are still several posters here who insist the CK is working just fine....

I have only used the ones created by Bethesda, I don't have any that aren't from them, a few months ago I played and I had the space suit mod on which is pretty good and worked without any problems.

It would be better to start your own thread rather than to hijack this one, but preliminarily, you say you HAD other mods installed, were they on the same save? Which mods?

Verifying files usually works when something like that happens (usually after playing for several hours). Last night when I was remodeling a ship (at the Red Mile) I had CTD every time I left the ship builder. Reloading did not work. I verified files and everything became normal again.

Not only don't they understand, they wouldn't know what to do with the CK if they ever did open it up. I'm not sure what they get out of dealing misinformation to fellow gamers.

You know what's funny as well? That they choose to do this in an anonymous, no personal contact venue. I would wonder how that affects their own view of self, but with a psych background, I already pretty much know. It's sad.

Going into the UC Distribution office has always been a crash issue for me. That and entering 'The Rock'. The free star headquarters on Akila. Without a doubt, when I enter the building, it will crash. Every time. I save the game, enter the building and save the game and log out. Then Log back in to keep the game from crashing. I can enter the building, but when I try to start my first conversation, it CTD's and I have to restart.

but now with the updates, the UC Distribution center doesn't crash anymore. But The Rock sure does every time I enter it.
