Creations and Mods
Hi All,

I have been adding and enjoying some of the creations recently added through the main menu.

I was wondering whether I can add any mods through Nexus or any other sites along with the mods I have already added through the main Starfield creations menu.

In other words can I add mods from Nexus that might not be available on the creations menu while also adding mods from the creations menu without them conflicting so I have some mods from the creation menu and some mods from Nexus?

Or do I have to choose to use only the creations menu or Nexus?

Thanks,

It takes some prep work but yes you can use a combo of nexus and creation mods. Not sure how though but there's plenty of people doing it already so im sure the info for it is available somewhere:steamthumbsup:

I recomend to prior on nexus mod's etc. , cause when you use mods via creation club and the author removes his creation or they get removed on another way the game get buggy and crashes every time you try to enter creations

Creations menu is having a problem with crashing even without removed mods. There are several post about it.

You basically have to go to your c drive/users/"yourusername"/appdata/local/starfield and then delete the "ContentCatalog.txt" file. Now you can launch into creations on next launch and add/remove/look at mods. However, this problem will re-appear and you'll haver to do it again the next time you want to go into creations.

Bethesada knows about it but when it's patched is anyone's guess.
