Vehicles are coming in the next update.

Apparently the mod tools is extremely buggy, most modders gave up and went back to modding older Bethesda titles because a lot of them just said the game was too boring to fix.

Untrue all around. The CK isn't "extremely buggy". It does require more memory than some trying to use it possess, though. No modders "gave up" on anything. In fact, Beth JUST announced a Starfield mod from Kinggath (Sim Settlements) that will be a Doom crossover. Modders are cranking out 10-20 mods per day, 100+/- per week, and players are downloading them at a ferocious pace. 600k d/ls from Nexus since Monday is very substantial.

The only thing close to what you suggest is literally the one troll "modder" with no modding history, and no team, who basically announced and cancelled a bogus "big" mod in one statement. It doesn't take a degree in comp. sci. to see how ludicrous that was.

The modding tools only just dropped in what? June? Chill. It hasn't been remotely long enough for major game overhauls to start dropping. Many of the major overhaul mods for previous Bethesda games took years to release and many of the early overhaul mods often required several bugfixes, patches and reworks to get working properly.

There are plenty of ship mods. The "vehicles" likely won't come until BGS releases the update containing the buggy. What type of mods are you looking for? Like give us a comparison to FO or SK mods.

I'm looking for mods like in skyrim, new locations, new merchants, new people, crowd overhaul, new missions (apperantly there are some new missions but they are not like skyrim missions)

Talking about the "lets port Skyrim into Starfield" mod. Yeah that never even remotely sounded feasible lol

Closest I've ever seen to something like that is Morrowoblivion and it's super buggy (Morrowind ported into the Oblivion engine) and also took years of development. I don't even know how functional it is! I tried it back in like 2016 and was getting like 20fps in Seyda Neen, so I gave up on it then. Granted, I had a way older PC, but I think it still had a GTX 980Ti at the time.

But yeah, I definitely didn't believe that it would be possible to get Skyrim into Starfield. Not even remotely. Something that's never been done before from a no-name mod team that doesn't have a roadmap or plan whatsoever? Yeahhh okay lol

coz noone is wasting time to make mod for this sh*tty unfinished game
MrNewVegas87 Aug 14, 2024 @ 11:04am
Are we talking about the vehicle we know is coming in an update? Or for the community to just make vehicle mods?

Cause if you want the latter, it took the modding community 3 years after the release of New Vegas to make functional vehicles, and I'm using the term 'functional' very generously, they gave new meaning to the word 'jank' upon release.

Sadly this, Bethesda got paid to make SF and they didn't even wanna finish it. Don't be surprised that modders with talent already gave up modding SF.
