do creations make you unable to unlock achievements?

Yes, with the exception of ones made by Bethesda themselves.

the few that say "achievement safe" or however it's worded do NOT.. the rest do block achievements.

i am about to start using that enabler one smr1957 mentioned.. it's one simple file, just drop it in the starfield install folder.
really the only mod i've really been wanting to use is one that makes the crew (and cora especially) shut up while i'm flying the ship.... i don't need a haiku over the comm system while fighting 8 ships!!

I got that mod - it's been updated - (Shut Up Cora - Less Chatter While Flying - https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/8424 ) and the silence is blissful!

Achievements in SF can be completed 100% in few hours, if you focus on completing them

They're completely pointless, as every steam achievement in existence.

I don't get the need for a badge that says you've done a generic task in game on your steam profile

Like "gratz you're level 100" yeah no ♥♥♥♥ bro.

people are allowed to like different things than you. I have never in my life looked for an achievement, but I can let people do they thang.
