View Stats:
Bethesda Paid Metacritic to SCREW Obsidian!
User Score / METASCORE

Morrowind : 85 / 88
Oblivion : 87 / 94
Fallout 3 : 84 / 93
Skyrim : 86 / 96
Fallout 4 : 69 / 87
Fallout New Vegas : 87 / 84

Note the clear pattern : the METASCORE is always higher than the user score. This a common theme for games on the site. The exception? New Vegas! Not only is it lower, it's lower by just enough to deny Obsidian a bonus. This implicates Bethesda in paying Metacritic to ensure the game received less than 85, so they didn't have to pay up. The only other explanation is coincidence, but that is improbable based on these stats.

Note : Probability not proof.

Proof? Why does virtually every game on the site have a higher meta than user score save NV?

I love Fallout New Vegas, personally think it's the best modern Fallout game. It's also the buggiest forking game I have ever played by a country mile. Perhaps others had the same experience?

Or tinfoil. You do you.

Coincidence is not evidence of wrong doing.

Barely coherent steam forum posters demanding that someone prove a negative? Say it ain't so!

And the user score is 87 despite the bugs. Bad excuse Mr. tinfoil.

Coincidence is the alternative, the evidence is the low probability of this happening naturally.

That's not a negative, claiming the score to be legit is also a positive. Everything there was coherent, you just can't read.

Keep telling yourself that and someday you may believe it. In the mean time get ahold of Obsidian and let them know your have evidence for a law suit. We'll wait...

you are the one with the tinfoil hat and the unproofen claim right now.

at least untill you bring actual proof and not just someting like low probability which does not proof anyting.

$#!+posting trolls are now recycling months old post as original content. And still nothing gets done by Steam. Lovely. And no, I'm not reporting. Gave up reporting when it started getting me weekly bans. And whomever the mod is that initiated the last retaliatory ban the last time I posted something like this, it was overturned within minutes of reporting. If you value your position of pseudo-power, you might want to try exercising it more wisely than banning people who actually help.

No I laid out my case that you have no rebuttal to. Keep crying and denying what you don't like to be true.

I didn't claim proof, I claimed probability. It is probable that Bethesda did so.
