Creations = 1k Free credits?

So i got a message that Creations are out now, cool... And because im here since the release of starfield i'll get 1000 Creation Credits.. but i have 0 :D so where the fffffff are my points? :D

Mine took about 15 mins to deposit and I restarted the game somewhere in there.

I own the regular version of the game but I got the message saying thanks for buying the premium version, here are 1000 points. But I never got any points. So the message must of been shown to me in error.

It's BS. It's not an error. It's just lazy. They put a generic message in that went to everyone.

I got the same message. I own base game only. Have not seen credits

You'll need to contact Bethesda support in all seriousness.
They SHOULD help.

In all seriousness, first understand if you bought the premium edition.
If you DID and did not get your credits, you should contact Bethesda.
If you DID NOT get the premium edition, no credits for you.

They couldn't figure out how to display that message only to premium owners so they said F it.

The message says the 1000 points is for Premium purchasers. If you didn't get the Premium, you don't get the points.

I know that, but the message is thanking the reader for buying the premium version and not saying IF you bought the premium version.

Semantics. The user is aware of what version they themselves purchased, or at least I would hope they are.
