Right at the beginning of the game during the first arrival at Jemison. I never notice that before. You can even talk to him. LOL!

Yeah i talked to him on first hours of starting to play starfield. I knew i would meet him later on a quest but i did not expect him being part of main quest.

Was a bit shocked when i realised who he was when i met him 2nd time during main quest

Yup, I tried to kill him because I didn't like how he looked at me. Didn't go well lol (not killable at that point).

You can actually meet him again on a different location after you have talked to him in new altantis

Yep and like DANEDANGER said you can find him chilling on another planet as well. I was looking out for him to pop up again after that. Needless to say I was not expecting how our 3rd meeting would go lol

I was nearing seventy and never talked to him (because he is a poser ass ♥♥♥♥♥...all "Look at me in my special suit" and decided to see if he could dance. Even with all of New Atlantis (including Gung Ho (Simeon Banjokawitze) and Marika) helping HIM I still took him down. Because the Mantis is the Baddest MOFO in the Galaxy.

Yep. I found him the first time I did weapon testing at the spaceport. He immediately joined the population in firing back at me. He is impossible to kill, he just zones out at low health.

I see. i remember when i was first in atlantis i met him at the recruitment center and then he disappeared. I completely forgot about it. good observation .

I can never tell when you're being facetious or not Low Standards, but I saw basically everything you can see in this game over the course of 50-60 hours within the first three weeks of the game's release
