Easy way to chek: When you're in the Starfield main menue, select "Photo Gallery"...
If you can see your photos there, you can now make a Steam screenshot with "F12", which you can upload. I recommend hiding the Starfield Photo Gallery UI by pressing "V" before taking the Steam screenshot.
U.I., and take the shot with F12. As for your shots taken and saved to your local disk you'll need to upload them too photobucket or any other online media sharing site and copy past the link too your post on the community site.
