Are you overclocking? do you have fan curves set correctly? given the amount of time its taking to crash I'm guessing its an overheating issue, on my 3070 I definitely noticed a large jump in GPU usage with DLSS, though not had any issues yet.
Starfield should make a dump file when it crashes in the main starfield directory. Opening it with Microsoft's Windbg program and running the command
!analyze -v
Can give a lot of helpful info on what is causing the crash.
I don't think Bethesda is all that good when it comes to PC's but it's all second nature to the modders.
steam need this now for every game
