Abandoned Cryo Lab--What am I missing?

Cleaned out an abandoned cryo lab and then checked the map and see it says "Partially Explored" at 88%.

I have no clue what I'm missing...any suggestions?
-cleared out the upper smaller room
-Cleared out the main building/"dungeon" (gone through it at least 3x now)
-Cleared out the standing pavilion in the middle
-Cleared out the roof areas
-Even cleared out the perimeter mines
ran all over the landing pad and entire base (as far as I know).

Is there a vent I missed somewhere?

I feel like I'm either missing something obvious or that the game is bugged on the percentage.

I am not sure what the explored percentage is, wither it means the exploration of the facility, or if it means the landscape around.

Did you use a cutter to take down the emergency door and then go through and jump up to the top of the area behind it to where the dead scientist and Ryujin research data and contraband are?

Maybe it counts # of unopened doors? You missed the utility closet on the left.

i find these dotted around the most random abandoned facilities

Cryo-lab has a deeper level some people miss. Did you get the robot and crate in the last area?

I found that the explore part of the game % just doesn't mean only the insides of the spawn, but the whole thing including outside area's or unattached buildings.

Pretty sure they're just referring to the number of chests in the immediate area. In Skyrim and Fallout 4 an area was "cleared" when you had opened the chest at the end of the linear donut dungeon.

It's part of the marker description on the map, so I don't think it's about the area. The way the POI marker reads is: Abandoned Cryo Lab [Partially Explored 88%]

This isn't a mission facility. I think I know the one you're talking about, and it's a different place (much bigger from what I recall). This one is a pretty simple layout with an entrance then a loop that comes back to the entrance. I didn't see any emergency doors with cuttable hinges (I just looked again to be sure and didn't see any, at least in the main facility. If there is one somewhere else, I've not noticed it.)

To clarify further, it's the facility with a small electrical room in the bottom, short stairs down to it, with a weapons locker. There's a dead guy behind machinery with a key for the weapons rack. But very small room.

Man, that's what I've been thinking, but I can't find it. It's like someone standing behind me and saying "you missed something" and just plain not seeing it. I'm pretty thorough normally, but I've been through the place at least 4-5x now and am baffled.

Got the skill mag on the first time through, but that's a good thought. Hadn't considered that possibility

I'd be surprised if this is the same facility. In the main lab there are 3 robots that can be activated, some crates, and electrical room with short stairs down to it. If there is a deeper level to this place, I'm totally missing it. The lab itself isn't big and is just one room with slightly elevated outer rim and slighly lower center. Overall, I'd call it a small POI...not complicated and little to figure out.... except something I'm missing apparently.

When you say "in the last area" are you talking about the main facitily or somewhere separate outside? I'm only aware of the other single room higher up towards the landing pad, and I've cleared that. If there is a 3rd building that can be cleared inside, I'm not seeing it.

That's interesting. I've been all over this place, inside and out, so I would think it would show as completed. Also I've explored a bunch of other places but never had this crop up before...I've not found it hard to totally clear a POI. That's part of why this is confusing. It's a small POI that's pretty straightforward, but is telling me I've missed something.

Is there another entrance? I can't find another door at all. And I'll be the first to admit if it's right in front of me, but man I'm not finding one.
