PS, I get minimum 65 FPS in cities, specially Akila for some reason. But mostly 80 FPS and above.
Also it's a single player game so 30fps is actually good enough, but if this was an online multiplayer game than yeah sure I can see most people wanting 60fps or higher.
FSR is not exclusive...LOL... Nvidea supports it since the 1080 series.
I have a 4070ti with it on, never tried without. The game is running great either way.
I think that the reason why they are using FSR is because this a mainly an Xbox Series S/X game and it only supports FSR, and that's why they didn't implement for the pc port and why would they.
it is called a pre-order tactic. Pre-order and they promise to deliver it one day.
The only game with a FPS hit using DLSS is Forza Motorsport...(--> they really need to do their homework)
but again, seems to run just fine, i've watched more then a dozen people playing it while recording videos or streaming and it ran fine, i have over 250 hours, it runs fine in 4k.

That is not supported by what I've seen several reports where DLSS is tested.

It's going to be a added feature in a patch. I would wait until they add it in the game. I suspect in this next patch next week or a couple weeks from now. Using outsource mods can be risky.
