I know but people like you take all the fun out of the game. :(
I have found a cave or two with some goodies but mostly barren as expected. Structures on the other hand occasionally have some baddies to kill
Absolutely, I'm in that phase of "some missions are great" and "I can't stand ship meetings anymore, everyone says the same lines over and over again" and "I really want to play the game again with N+ ? ??" so I fired everyone, including Alexa and Siri, and started jumping from system to system, pure boredom and repetitive, and more with the fast travel key...rolling the dice...
I have a few missions left to do and maybe I'll go to the N+ game to do the Crimson Fleet mission but that's it, the 1000 planets thing is 🤢.
I started in early access. That actually bugged the some of the Steam achievements in that you did it, but you didn't get credit.
I had to start a new character to get "Joined Constellation" which is one of the first accomplishments.
Were you early acccess? I was, and for some reason Steam did not record many of the achievements during early access.
I started a new character last week to pick those up. I didn't have 'Joined Constellation' or 'Entered Space' along with a few other basic, early-game achievements.
For some, I would dare to say most, Starfield is only playable with mods and mods disable achievements. There is an achievement enabler, but that does not count and work for global view.
Not too surprising in my opinion, because we can complete the main story and faction quests and even some companion storylines long before touching a 100 planets.
General progress is way more surprising tho, as the main story itself is not quite that long, especially if the Player stays focused on it.
I think a lot of players simply quit due to battling the UI lags/interrupts and loadingscreens, it takes some time to get accustomed to those.
I'm probably at 30 - 50.
