But I agree, I don't get it why they make annoying things like this in a single player game.
Doesn't make sense.
But then again, inserting current American insane ideology in a game that's sold worldwide doesn't make any sense either.
Most Americans do not support the BS that is supposedly going on. There is a tiny fraction of people screaming really loud. Most folks are "normal " boring humans.
I am amazed how people all around the world assume so much by what they see on Television or the internet. I bet history will look back at this period, and call it just that, laughing.
Considering it's ~40k (in Neon) per rest period, it's barely even a hassle. I usually rent a room at the hotel but there's probably a bench somewhere where you could just sit and wait.

its in my opinion one of the best spots to sell just because of the amount of vendors in very close proximity to another.
as was mentioned before, first give the vendor money with stocking up on everything you could need or simply just want to have.
when you have done that then afterward sell to em all they can afford with the money you gave em.
ammunition is in my opinion a way to convert your money into items that dont have any mass which means doesnt bothers you if you carry alot of it.
