After you "married" Sarah (you can't , Bethesda calls it "making a commitment") , there'll come a point when you can talk about her past relationships. She'll tell you that she was in a committed relationship with another woman before you (dunno if that means she was married and got divorced). And she'll also tell you that she had a very long list of intime short-fun relations with her buddies when she served for UC Sys Def, which probably means her body count is in the upper double digits, or if she did had run trains on her, probably tripple digits.
So don't worry about Sarah, pistol wipe her if she's upset and bang Andreja.

Sarah tells you her relationship to the woman was just a strong friendship and no romance was involved. Your assumptions of a sexual one, is only coming from your imagination.

When you make a romance commitment with Andreja, she tells you she will not tolerate you doing the same with anyone else at the same time. So Sarah might, but Andreja won't based on that statement.

Yep. She's cool. I kept going back to the embassy to try and get varuun romance tips from the ambassador, but in the last patch they locked the door and I can't get back in.

Depends on which companions stays at the Eye or Lodge during the attack by the Hunter. And of course, which place you choose to go to first.
