it's basically an attempt to recreate a street corner of Night City but it's from wish.com and it was made from disappointment, disease and was deep fried in cringe
This game feels like those "continue the drawing" where the backside of the horse is well drawn by someone else but what BGS drew next has fifth degree burns and almost looks like it was supposed to be a living being. Almost.

I, for example, thought it was funny and cool what they did with toilet signs in Dead Space remake because it made all the dummies rage.

And here I'm talking about the very poor attempt from a veteran dev studio with huge pockets to do something that has been done before, as you say and it's just a huge disappointment. It's comically pathetic.
Game feels like babies first paper-mache outside of a very few handcrafted spots. It's just unintentionally the wrong kind of goofy...

It's alright if it's your very first video game ever. I won't blame you if you like it in that case.

The best thing Todd did was add the pronoun selector in order to insulate his entirely half-baked game from legitimate criticism.

Agreed. Bethesda created great spaceship interiors, interesting stations, Mars station exterior looks impressive, also Neon looks great from outside. And look at these pathetic signboards inside Neon, it feels like a student made them during free time, it's some sort of pre junior design level.

Cyberpunk has been around since the very early 80s, with elements of it from the 70s. The first big cyberpunk novel that brought the style to literary attention was William Gibson's Neuromancer in 1984. But the movie Blade Runner preceded it in 1982. Hell I own a copy of the original GURPS Cyberpunk game, which led to a Secret Service raid on SJG in 1990. I ran a Shadow run game for five years in the 90s, long before anyone ever thought of making it into a video game.

To suggest that CD Projekt Red invented cyberpunk and everything since was copying CP77 is an ignorance of unfathomable depths.
