"The Devils You Know" bugged?

I got stuck with "The Devils You Know" quest in UC storyline. I found The Warlock and engaged.
However once I destroy his ship and the cutscene is played, the game immediately load the Autosave. So I cannot proceed further.
Is this a bug? Any workaround?

I didn't get the achievement and I made a save before it could be completed to make sure it would unlock and it didn't. It's bugged and needs fixed.

The latest update did the trick.

Try boarding his ship. You need to loot the id card off his body. Also there's a science chest with a random rare item inside. If you leave his ship intact when you leave you can come back and loot is again later after enough time passes for the loot to reset.

I disabled and boarded it and everything worked fine, maybe give that a shot?
