Who here honestly think lockpicking is fun?
Its the worst (I realise at least they tried to make something new but still) system Ive ever seen. Its some really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ guessing game and "do you have enough lockpicks to go back with" ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

The more I play this game the more I question what the hell the developers were trying to do.

I don't mind it but i'm use to mind boggling bad designs in games :D i've been playing them for 30+ years now i do miss the simple time of the tumblers in older beth games though :D

Of all the Bethesda lock picking mini games this one is my favorite honestly.

It is the best lockpicking minigame so far. You don't need to go back at all if you plan ahead.

Its simple it aint even hard, what's the problem?
As it was for Skyrim and Fallout 4 lockpicking was way too ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ easy, you only need to raise the security skill in order to be able to unlock higher difficulty locks.

It aint even a guessing game.

Its great that BGS updated the standard lockpicking minigame to something more tech oriented.

what? theres no guessing involved. you get to see every ring of the lock before you start putting the picks in. every lock is 100% pickable on 1st try, much better than the skyrim version of breaking 10 picks to find juuuust the right spot

I love the lockpicking. It's a puzzle game I really enjoy, and on Master, you have to be careful and look ahead to what you might need. you might unlock one ring then realize you used the wrong slots even though they fit!

It's pretty good.

I like it. More interesting than the old style. It's a puzzle. Works for me.

once i got it down i actually enjoy it. at first it kinda pissed me off. :)

You just don't understand how it works lol there's no guessing necessary

I like the fact you have to use your Brain for this type of lockpicking - have I stuffed up a whole bunch of times? Absotootley. I suspect it gets more difficult per rank of difficulty as well. Previous lockpicking systems were purely mechanical that had set levels of finesse. I dig this system because you have to 'think' your way through the tumblers...

it's tedious, the easiest way to do lockpicking in the game and never fail, doing it legit, is to solve it backwards. choose what works for the final picks, than the middles, and then the first, and if it doesnt work move them around. once its finished backwards you just click your way through choosing the pins you predetermined, you'll never break a digi this way
