The only woke game i remember was Saints Row Reboot and it failed so badly.

I think the problem with starfield is not so much the woke agenda trying to make games more inclusive, the problem is how it is implemented, I dint rush to buy starfield, instead I played it safe from the hype and bought game pass to try before i buy on steam.

The games problem is random generation through its AI which was probably set with parameters to increase diversity characters......it fails miserably because what we got in game is majority NPC population is half breed black/asian character npc's as majority, and it doesn't look right, youl have a chinese/black npc with white people usually mens hair.

the problem isnt trying to be inclusive its that its failing in that by making the supposed minority groups the absolute majority, almost 90% of the npcs generated in my play through are all black/asian hybrids, my in game parents are asian even though my characters more nordic white,

besides the woke aspect isnt even a big issue for me, the real problem nobody's talking about is that this game has less features in it than Fallout 4, despite looking better in graphical terms in some cases, the main character doesn't speek like in F4, you cant command your companions like in F4, you cant strip dead npc's when looting, which means in big battles where youve got 20+ enemies corpses on the battlefield, you cant tell at a glance which ones you already looted gear from, because the visual aspect of them being in underwear after lootings removes in starfiled.

for me starfiled feels like a stripped down cheaper version of F4, the space travel is basically jumping through a series of loading screens back and forth, the whole game feels very underwhelming and seems to try hardest to ruin any immersion. honestly so glad I didn't rush to buy this one, but hopefully the mod community can make this into a better game than its over-hyped release.

I think if these random NPCs weren't utterly hideous, ppl wouldnt complain. I mean, sure, in the future everyone's going to mix. But with the best looking ppl. Nobody's going to look at the bug-eyed freak and think, "I want to have that man's kids!"
