How do you get through Generdyne without killing a single person?
I'm pretty much one more civilian kill and the UC is gonna lock me up. But some of these guards don't patrol around and there are areas of 100% discovery when sneaking.

I dismissed my companion and then ran through it without killing anyone.

Still got chewed up for "shooting up the place"

So I don't know.

One of the temples grants you an invisibility power which is of great help here. Generally the sneaking skill is very useful.

According to a loading hint I saw, converting your weapon to only EM damage is non fatal. Whether that really counts for what you're doing, though, I'm not sure.

I may just have to go level up sneak a bit more while progressing towards that invisibility temple then. I did try what Bobs did and ran through without killing anyone as well and it just doesn't work.

A combination of the tips in here worked quite well for me:
Dismiss your companion, they'll screw everything up.
Unequip your spacesuit and helmet, leave the pack on, you might need it.
Crouch walk everywhere and try to stay out of sight.
Use the vents.
Use the (spoiler for progression/midgame story)Void Form power to be invisible, and recharge your power meter with drugs or Quantum stuff you get from Starborn kills so you can use it more frequently. Using a door breaks invisibility, so make sure you're not about to get spotted

All of this with no points in stealth, and I was not spotted or fired upon, and wasn't chided for having a firefight after the mission.

How do you know? The "last chance" isn't actually a last chance.
I shot up like 3 places for them and i could still side with them. I think it only matters if you do it in several missions in a row.

Novablast Disrupter.
You'll still get an assault charge if you blast a random civilian though.

It's ridiculously easy. Just get the first level of the Stealth perk. Take off you spacesuit, pack and helmet (you only need to use you pack once), and you can sneak all the way through completely undetected.

I did exactly that (with stealth maxed). No real problem until the very end (run, hide, wait and forget policy), and it was my fault. You gotta understand how stealth works, though; it doesn't make you "invisible", Elder Scrolls or Fallout like.
Although, at early levels, this quest might be tougher.

tried for a couple of hours using all the skills and heaps of drugs... gave up in the end went back and pick up the killing machine andreja and went through killing everyone leaving no survivors and took the minimal amount of crap i got from the boss...lol..and it was a heap more fun doin it that way...

em guns are very helpful. I went thru by myself with an em novablast

I've done it a couple of times without killing anyone. Its not easy. The building provides many duct tunnels, high areas to crawl through. This last time I used the Neuroamp to move some guards out of the way.

But still there's that one area right outside the main vault that is tricky. I had to take out the turret and then zap a guard with the Novablaster.

This, take an EM weapon and either leave your companion behind, or give him an EM weapon as well. Ryujin industries in Neon, in the Volii system, sells nova blasters. When you enter the city, it's at the end of the left side.

I got lucky and found a instigating novablaster and modded it to 133 dmg per shot. Good idea to give one to Andreja, I hadn't thought of that.
