I would ask for a refund too if I purchased this. But I didn't.
Very long refund queue for such a "masterpiece"
Nah, probably just "an agreement with steam and Xbox to delay refund" , that makes so much more sense ;)
Steam actually has public facing data showing their support queue in graph form, and listing the average time it takes to get refunds. Right now the average refund wait time is under 2 hours.
You can see all that data here.
My first guess would be that you didn't meet the requirements for a refund and it has to go through actual people. That always takes longer. It's usually taken 1 to 2 days when I've done it, to get the first response from them, and then a few more days of back and forth exchange providing them more information.
OP did not get a refund after 2 days of notification. What does a chart have to do with it. Let's talk about facts.
Their support statistics page shows straight up that refunds are only taking 1-2 hours. OP should follow up, because something is wrong with his request, specifically.
Oh yeah, thats a good point. Normally id question if people really do that sort of thing.. but after the past week I've seen enough to know better.
How many hours do you have in the game, OP?
