AMD Ryzen 5 5600 6-core

Radeon RX6700 XT

running on high, averaging 70+ am dropping down a bit in places like new atlantis, but not enough to annoy. 1 crash in 60+ hours and 1 lockup.
Runs at a clean 75 for me
FSR2 helps, and someone made a mod to enable DLSS3. I would advice trying one of those solutions first.
In my case my fps isnt high either, around 45~50 wit however performance is stable so its fine for me, but mainly due to the highly immersive nature of the game. Without that, it probably would be of some negative impact.
That said, im playing on 4k with settings maxed, with a 6800xt and 5900x. So I could easily get a lot more fps if I just dropped to 1440p, nevermind 1080p.

I've crashed to DT three times in 30 hours of play.
Game runs fine in cities and in combat.
Textures:
Ships and outfits Great
Cities very good.
Planet exploration (rocks, plants, sky, mountains) a little disappointing
i9-10850k

The game runs like absolute garbage. I have everything on the absolute minimum and sound is still delayed, constant freezes and crashes. What on earth is going on?
The game doesnt support being installed on a HDD. It requires an SSD.
90+ FPS average in the most demanding city in the game Atlantis city outdoors.
This is 100% fully maxed without any helpers. No upscale, No cheaters, 1440P ULTRA, Dynamic resolution is OFF, screen resolution scale is 100%.

The game runs better on amd gpus at the moment, but it also matters about NVME, CPU, Ram speed and Ram amount, make sure your cpu / gpu are not throttling.

And I have ~50fps in the cities and ~60fps in open world.
It does drop to 40 ocasionally or jumps to 80 but 50 and 60 are the average
Game runs on everything maxed out with Motion Blur and Depth of Firld disabled (I hate those effects visually) on 1440 resolution.

Game runs flawlessly for me at 3440x1440 on Ultra settings. No stutters, no crashes. I just wish it supported DLSS -- FSR doesn't look as good, in my opinion.
It is running solid enough for me with a blend of High/Ultra at 1440p I disabled FSR and just run it Native. 70-90fps. Occasional dips to 58-60 in busy New Atlantis, but otherwise not bad. It might be my imagination, but I feel I can still see the difference in Image Quality between FSR2 and Native. I prefer Native over DLSS/FSR when practical, even though most will say that it makes no objective difference.
It does seem like there should be more room for Nvidia & Bethesda to optimize, as despite solid performance on the High End, I honestly expected better frames (especially at 1440p) than what we're seeing from Team Green. Bethesda's complete lack of interest in implementing DLSS at all when modders can do it in a couple days seem to imply some kind of contractual obligation, despite carefully curated PR-speak denials.
