I accidentally sold my mining cutter. Need help.

I accidentally sold my mining cutter. Only after 10 hours I realized that he was gone. I really need it, but it's not available in stores. The new cutter cannot be found in the mines and caves. The game forgot that this item exists. What should I do now? xD

I explored a pirate infested abandoned mine and there were some on the ground. Just check abandoned mines to see if there's any around.

they are all over the place. You can find them at the trade authorties and usually on enemies as well.

In Neon there is i Mining store that sells them also

go back to vectera and in one of the two buildings youc an find a blue cutter called heller's cutter

Only weapons for sale. Enemies only have weapons and axes. There are no cutters. Nowhere.

It is avaliable in some stores. You can also visit almost any mining/industrial location and find a new one.

If you aren't finding them in mining areas, they usually aren't out in the open. They are in these role top desk looking cabinets.
