I dont want to join the whole discussion about Optimization or bad hardware.
SO get the hell of here if thats your imput.

I currently hit stable 65Fps on lowest settings.

2560 x 1440

2070S
Ryzen 5 3600
32Gb ram

What do you guys think are the most important settings with least impact on performance i could turn on?

Dont want to get below 50 fps

You can't possibly have 65 FPS @ 1440p on just a weak little RTX 2070 Super. You must be running on minimum / low settings.

are people seriously this ignorant and suffer from short attention span that they can't read a few simple sentences?

he literally mentions that "I currently hit stable 65Fps on lowest settings."

game is cpu limited and in some cases even a 13900k and 4090 can't maintain 60fps with fsr quality

I have the lowest settings on right now that i can on 1440p.
Now if thats your only input get lost.
I just want to know what settings i could tweak to get a little better result.

he obviously can't and admitted it haha
For a steady 65 at your desired resolution in all areas especially cities, you are going to have to make do with low/medium graphics as well as 50% resolution and FSR. Anything above and you will absolutely drop below 65 and even 50 frequently.

Yea i have resolution scale on 50 since it takes about 25 fps from me.
Right now only turned the Sharpening of FSR2 to 100% and it looks clearer with 60fps.

Intel i7-11700k
RTX 3090
64GB RAM
3840x1600

Feels between 50-100, unfortunately I forgot to re-enable the framerate monitor, but it feels fine in most places.
