Anyone playing with Ryzen 5 3600x? How is it going?

No and there is literally no performance drop between 1080p and 4k for me, both are 30 fps average unless I’m standing still

I was able to get 45 fps at 1080p with everything set to low and it was horrible

yall need to read the specs. GPU/CPU isn't even the main performance issue, it's all these kids putting it on their SATA when it CLEARLY states SSD.

Crashing for me; Ryzen 5 7600, 4060Ti, 32 gb ram. I think there is bottleneck for RTX 4xxx gpus.

I have a very low-mid range system fwiw, Ryzen 2600, 16GB DDR4 3000, and an RTX 2070. Getting 40 - 75 fps with occasional cell load dips (as in all Bethesda games.) 1080p, mix of low, medium, and high settings, 77% res scale and FSR 2 enabled.

Definitely the game should be played on an SSD. Mechanical HDD's appear to introduce not only longer load times and more load stutter as expected, but also instability and audio sync issues, among other things.

That said, SATA, like NVMe, is an interface standard, not a storage medium type. The standard interface for SSDs until recently was SATA. There are also SATA mechanical disk drives. A good NVMe drive will of course be faster than a SATA SSD, though.

averaging 70+, dipping to 50+ in places like new atlantis, 1 unknown crash in 30+ hours of play and no other issues. actually i have one issue, but it's not the game's fault.. it's called being dirt road rural in BFNowhere and frequent power/net outages, which can cause the drive to suddenly poof and i have to reboot a few times to get it back...

I'm on a standard 3600 and able to handle the game at ~60 fps average with a vega 56. In some areas I skyrocket to my monitor speed of 144.

I honestly do not understand the vega cards, their performance is such an anomaly at times. Usually decent, sometimes terrible, sometimes way outside their performance bracket.

I have a 3600x, and on 1080p medium settings I'm barely pushing 30 frames. This game really isn't optimized well. Maybe wait for a patch or 2... or 10.

Laptop, Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9300H CPU @ 2.40GHz; 8GB RAM; NVIDIA 1660Ti; SSD install. Runs great no long load time. Of course low graphics settings, combat and space flight run smooth, no lag what so ever. Waiting for my i9 to ship and then I can enjoy the graphics the way it was meant to be.

I think it’s the best to play the game using Ryzen 5 3600x with RTX 2080. It is stated in recommended system requirement. Combining the cpu with other gpu would bottleneck in the game. Oh dont forget you gotta need nvme ssd for the best.

I have a Ryzen 5 2600X with a RX 7600 GPU and it runs fine at 1080p. I don't have every bell and whistle turned on, but I have no problems with it.
