Obscure Easter Eggs?

So, there are so many well known and even more lesser known sci-fi 'worlds', what obscure reference are you hoping to see in the game?


Personally, I would love to see a Cpt. Future reference somewhere. Maybe a Prof. Simon NPC or a (crashed) 'Komet' spaceship? If there isn't one I do hope for a mod

I’m sure there will be some Space Odyssey Easter eggs.

Also some Fallout Mothership Zeta Aliens maybe.

Maybe some Alien movie references.
The Nostromo ship fits perfect to the Starfield Nasapunk style.

In the presentation video creatures were seen attacking like in starship troopers, so we will see creatures of that style, but surely they will make a mod with creatures like the movie Alien which would be amazing.

A Futurama easter egg would be cool.

And I'd wager there is a a big black monolith somewhere in the game.

I fully expect to find a big black obelisk somewhere, a la 2001...
