Starfield probably gonna be a flop tho. I really hope it isn't but from my experience with bethesda games theres a good chance they fu*k it up

What’s funny is I don’t think it’ll be a flop based on my experience with Bethesda games. Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyout, Fallrim 3 and 4. Played them all since the day they each launched and while they weren’t always perfect, they weren’t so big riddled that I couldn’t play and enjoy them.

It's definitey a smart move on their part. There've been a couple of good games that released alongside other major releases that pretty much went unnoticed. Trying to recall one. One of the Uncharted games I think. Eh, whatever. Stil, good on them.

Its not because of Starfield, there's a couple of high profile games near that release date. Every single one of them will compete with each-other on release date, this is a smart move on their part.

Yeah, Jagged Alliance III is going to keep me sane until Starfield is released

The gameplay videos looks really good, especially for a game built around an early 2000s game system

I'm stoked. Now I don't have to juggle my time between both.

Also the PS5 version of BG3 releases on Sept 6th so the sony boys will have something to play when starfield releases at least.

Awesome news. Been playing that game in EA since it was first available. Is shaping up to be a great game. A strong contender for RPG of the year.

They directly stated it's because of Starfield and they want players to have time to play their game before SF releases.

So even they think SF is going to be a great game. :D

Baldurs Gate Three is good. 80 solid hours on just one playthrough the first act early access. It is a well made game. I do hope it does get the attention it deserves.

Now there's a game that's not likely to live up to the hype.

Steam sale is on now, get cheap games to pass the time.

From my experience in early access and how good the game is and the extra content ( huge amount ) being added for the final release, I will predict it will exceed the hype.

It's a different type game of course than Starfield will be. So it's going to appeal to a different crowd. I am looking forward to playing them both with excitement. The news it is going to release now almost a month earlier than planned, is great news. Means I can start playing it on July 31. As a early access owner of the game.

It's a different type of game than Baldur's Gate. It's Divinity Original Sin 3. That's going to alienate a huge chunk of people. From what I've read it also hardcore sticks its hands down your pants by level 2 in a way that's going to really irritate the kind of folks that no longer drink Bud Light.

But I guess we'll see.
