Outer Worlds Clone?

Well there are no outposts in OW or crew for outposts. The world of Starfield is bigger. Only a half dozen of planets in OW's vs 100's? Space combat? So what was your point again?

Thoughts? You didn't watch the showcase or you didn't play OW, possibly both.

Never played Outer Worlds, but pretty sure you can't leave the planet, fly around the galaxy, build ships, have ship combat/boarding parties, build bases anywhere, etc.

You'd be correct. The ship in OW is basically an elevator that takes you from one planet to the next. The scopes of those planets, all put together, are probably smaller than Skyrim or Fallout, with far less interesting stuff to explore and almost no environmental story telling.

Just the fact that we are able to manually pilot our ship in starfield already sets it worlds apart from outer worlds.

Well, perhaps the OP is thinking about the NPC facial graphics? They do seem out of place being a bit low in quality (like F4, or OW) compared to the other graphics which look amazing imho. That is the only thing I could possibly criticize at this point.

Hey sorry. Legit not trolling. I just watched the two trailers on steam. it showed no flying of any sort. All i saw was what looked like hub worlds once again. This is todd we are talking about and he has ♥♥♥♥♥♥ me more then once.

If you're talking about any of the BGS multiplayer games, then I can understand that. But not if you're referring to any of their SP action-RPGs, which Starfield falls in line with.

Pretty sure you cannot build your own ship, fly it, shoot things, explore in your ship... Yup, absolute clone of Outer Worlds.

Hell, it's closer to a clone of No Man's Sky tbh. But with more guns. And sex.
