Help recovering my account.

My PC ♥♥♥♥ the bed recently and i had to do a fresh reinstall off windows, i do not have a copy of my ID or friend code and i never made purchases with my account.

I tried emailing them with as much info that i know but somehow even having my name, units, party structure, year i started the game and last time played is somehow not enough.

Does anyone know of a different way that i can get my account back? If not im just going to wash my hands of this game like i did FGO for the same damn reason.

this game doesn't have any customer support no one can help you if you lost your account you cant even verify the game files or you will lose the data that has your account

i dont know why the game is in such a strange state of working but unable to link to your steam account permanently

Never invest in a mobile game without linking it immediately to an external account. They are not like actual MMOs where you can just contact support and get your data back. If you lose it, it's lost to the abyss forever.

I know many mobile games have come to steam that do not allow you to link externally or to even recall your data from an external service. I don't know if that's some agreement they have with steam, or if it's a design choice, but no matter how much I like the mobile game, I will not play it at all unless I can first link it.
This is a very harsh reality of the mobile gaming world, and a hard lesson to learn. If a mobile game comes to steam, make absolutely sure that you can link it externally, or recall data from an external account. If you cannot, then drop it immediately. Play it on mobile, or a phone emulator like bluestacks instead.

Not a single bit of that would have worked. my phone isnt compatible with the game and bluestakes wouldnt matter as i had to reinstall windows on my PC deleting everything as i said above.

Simply no, if you havent linked the game or don't have ID you can't recover it. Starting from beginning is not a bad option considering current gachas .

Nah I'm dropping this. I had characters from almost EVERY COLLAB! I'm not starting from zero after playing since launch, I'm good. Have fun guys and be safe.

i woke up to day to find my progress wiped gone stolen after making a password for a link that i didn't even give out yet

So i opened the game because as angry as i was, i love this game and the story. i was going to say "♥♥♥♥ it" and restart. but SOMEHOW after updating and getting ready to dredge through already played content. I logged into my account somehow being here despite being told after opening the game that my account was new...although i am happy...wtf is this?
