Linux native support coming?

What fantastic news that such Enhanced Edition of the classic Blade Runner (1997) is here. Many Nightdive Studios' titles indeed have Linux native port. What about this one? Are there plans for Linux on this game too?

Valve's Steam Deck handheld Linux gaming console has been released and this would be amazing to game on it, also.

Linux on pcgamingwiki currently refers only to the ScummVM bundled classic version of the game. The Enhanced Edition does not support Linux yet, as far as I know. Maybe it's coming in the future.

According to ProtonDB it's perfect on Steam Deck. But I think I'm still going to wait for that patch before buying, whenever it comes.

The price is very cheap. One gets this and the original. What's most important: this game now works OOTB on modern systems without tweaking and shuffling of CD's. I don't remember how many CD's this took.
