Spoiler - Iris mom
Is her mom still alive at the end of the game since she is also immune and she and Iris met up + talked after Iris become allmother?

Has she just been chilling in the apartment for thousands of years and is still there after/at the end of the game lmao

Immune =/= immortal.

I mean ya Iris wasn't immortal as well, but she and her mom also never aged for thousand+ years
Iris' immortal state is a result of her deal with The Keepers. Also shown in how they could take it away from her children just to torment her. Clara on the other hand is immune but not immortal. We never see her again (in the literal sense) past Iris visiting her shadowed form in the apartment when Iris 'finally' briefly comes home. Which is early in the timeline of things.

So there's no proof of what state Clara was in or if she lived long beyond it. Even if we were to presume she somehow left her all of her supplies, she and paa were already short on resources and Iris can't stay or take her with her... It's grim, but she probably didn't make it long.
That said, its an interpretation to some extent since they never say it outright. Heavily inferred, but what is this game other than coming to your own conclusions.
I don't remember who said it exactly, but someone said it had been at least a thousand years since the occupants first showed up. So I'm gonna go with "no".

Pretty sure Iris was only "immortal" due to the occupant to begin with.

I don't think she ever did go back to her mother. Remember Secretary says a few times that in communion you can only see what Iris experienced *or dreamt*. I think she wanted to go back, but it was probably already too late. It is somewhat ambiguous, but given she's in full ALLMO suit, I think it's implied this is many years after she left.

In the final communion Iris specifically says she never went back to their apartment even when she had the chance during the school visit, so that scene earlier in the game was almost certainly a dream. The Occupant's presence also strongly implies that.
