In the Desktop Library you can toggle both "Sort by recent activity" and "Show only ready to play games" (both separately and at the same time). I can scroll my entire library of 6,000+ games quickly there in 1 second. They're all there, and the order matches the order I purchased or last played them. I can't find the same functionality anywhere on Deck Ui. Seems like a basic important thing to get right. It's like my library is missing games, but it isn't actually. Have to search or something. Can't browse the same way.
Kind of sucks.
For example, there were some games you didn't install yet that got pushed too far to the right, just off of the Home page. You go all the way to the right. Ok there's a button "View more in your Library". So you go there to All Games. But the ones that would have shown up there next that just got pushed off to the right which you were expecting to find, aren't there. And for that matter, the one's you were just browsing aren't there anymore either. It's like "where'd they go?". You flip back and forth between "All Games" and "Installed" with the L1/R1 buttons, confused why they seem to be the same, missing the other recent games that weren't installed, in the "All Games" view. You press the Y button to Sort but there is no option that helps. Press the X button to filter but there is no option to help there either.
On the home where it has the first few of them in the correct order, it scrolls through those few of them so slowly, one by one.
In Desktop you can get a view where it shows just a list of names without logo images, so more can fit on the screen at the same time.
Also add the option to sort your games better
They did add an option to sort by "date added to library," which is good enough I think, even though it's not the combined last played/date added sorting option that the desktop client has.
