Trapped in desktop mode

when entering desktop mode the return button on the desktop doesnt work. I just get an error.

"The desktop entry file /home/deck/Desktop/Return.desktop has no Type=... entry." thats the error

The only way ive found to get back into handheld mode is hold the power button down for around 30 seconds.

I have no idea what you've done to your desktop file, but you can just choose "log out" from the normal menu to get back from desktop mode to gaming mode.

That sounds like something edited your Return to gaming mode shortcut entry. You can use the Start menu->Log Out option to return to gaming mode.

You can also paste this code into a terminal to re-create the Return to gaming mode shortcut:
