Steam Deck 512GB LCD or OLED

I was looking into getting a Steam Deck lately and I was wondering, should I try and get the cheaper LCD one now before they're all discontinued or should I wait and see if the OLED goes on sale some point in the next few months?

go lcd its same there is no big difference its only oled and it cheep

The OLED Deck is more than just a screen change. The biggest change is around reparability. They made areas that were very difficult to repair, very easy. Go with the OLED.

Oled has also better battery.

The display is way better on the OLED, the battery life is longer, and the shoulder buttons are less annoying; get the OLED.

10000000% get the oled. but, that thing aint goin on sale for years. so if u want a deck but dont have the money for the oled, sure get the lcd. ur missing out on screen size, frame rate, color, clarity, battery life, charging, power regulation, fans/thermals, storage, memory, wifi card. all to say its super worth waiting a few more months to save up, but if u absolutely want the lcd then get it, it still clears a switch
