You can’t cancel downloads
Tried cancelling a download for the first time. It moves it to unscheduled but doesn’t cancel It.

There is no way to cancel a download on steam deck right now.

What are we doing here?

Users can’t cancel downloads without downloading the whole thing first then uninstalling? Ok for tiny 10gb games but what if this was a larger download like WT which is 80gb??

There is no uninstall after Pause. Only cancel, which moves it to unscheduled but does not delete the files it has downloaded or cancel the download.

Yes there is, I looked it up before mentioning this. It's exactly where I said unless you're looking in the wrong place. It's always been there since the day it was released.

Or you found a UI bug.

Show a screenshot of where I said.

Mmm sometimes i think people it's just looking for excuses to hate the deck...seriously, yes you can cancel a download, i just did that without any issues. No there is not a button named "cancel download" but you have to be ♥♥♥♥♥♥ to not figure out that pausing and uninstalling are actually the steps. God, it's annoying i have had an flawless experience yet with the deck, why do others not? My window 7 laptop actually give me more troubles. Seems there is a lack of patient and a lack of leting you aknowledge :steamfacepalm:

Expecting users to uninstall a game before it is installed or even downloaded is bizarre that you think that is normal. This is not ok. Stop blaming users.

Sometimes you have to go to the systems settings and to the storage. You can then delete it from there
