The OLED is worth having over the LCD and the Legion Go IMO, but the value proposition improves if you're able to resell the other devices to get some money back.
Installing Bazzite on your Legion Go is another option to consider for a SteamOS-like experience.
With the Lenovo, it should be noted that they're coming out with a Legion Go 2 and a Legion Go S. The Legion Go S doesn't have the Z2 Extreme, but rather the Z2 Go. I don't know how much the performance difference will be between the two processors.
