change kezboard language in desktop mode
Hey Guys, i want to change my keyboard language layout for the desktop mode in german. In the Cinema Mode for Gaming is it on German, but in the desktop mode not.

The Deck currently lacks support for different locales. It's due to be fixed in the update that brings SteamOS 3.5, whenever that lands.
