Killed my SteamDeck

Can anyone help me please?

So I used to have dual boot clover on the system but was hit with a nasty virus. The steamdeck not me.

I decided to wipe the entire drive and install it all again.

I started with Windows 11. This is where I went wrong. I deleted all the partitions because it didn’t look tidy (my OCD going wild). The installation went through like normal until it needed to restart.

Now when it restarts, all I get is the steam logo. Nothing else. I can’t get into the boot menu or bios.

I’ve tried volume + and power
I’ve tried volume - and power
I’ve tried menu … and power

All I get is the steam logo and hear the fans.

I’ve tried them all plugged in and unplugged and can’t get past it.

Can anyone help me or guide me towards a fix?

You may be releasing the buttons too soon...

Off the top of my head, it should be power + volume down. Release power and let go vol down until you reach the firmware screen.
