Battery health isn't the same as Battery life. Battery health is more a measure of the battery condition and will generally get lower as the battery ages and runs through charge cycles.
I don't have the link handy but there is a post in this forum with instruction from Steam support on recalibrating battery health. They also mentioned anything above 90% is basically considered normal so I'm not sure that they would do an RMA. Mine is also 94% btw.
Nope, definitely I do not want to ask for another RMA. I hope my battery will recalibrate itself with time, or at least it will maintain a health value over 90% for a long time. It would be devastating if my battery is faulty and I have to get through an RMA process for THIRD TIME.
PD: also I know the difference between battery health and battery life.
So I am in a similar boat. I also just received my RMA back and it is physically FLAWLESS. Just as yours, no issues, Huaying fan, better all around than my first, except my first always showed 100% battery health and seemed to last slightly longer.
My current one has shown the same battery behavior as yours and also has settled on 94%.
I don't really have anything useful to add so this is a glorified +1. Would love if there was a fix though, or just to know if we are actually getting units with slightly degraded batteries or if it's just a software/calibration issue.
It was asleep(not off) for almost 4 days.
That's expected.
Who told you that 36% battery life equates to between 3 and 4 days on sleep?
