Are you using texterna mouse and keyboard? If so check discover or w.e that package manager is called. Maybe razer synapse is there. Doing it through terminal needs you to Disable readonly mode and that is not recommended.

from what i can find it's windows software.
while proton/wine can run windows software, it's not going to do too well if it needs to interface with proprietary peripherals and possibly with other running software.

there's an unofficial project called openrazer that could help, but it'll probably only work fully in desktop mode.

and i don't know what install methods it supports and rights it requires, it may get tricky to install.

The catch with installing drivers for hardware is that they typically require installing kernel modules, and flatpaks (which are the easiest way to install Linux software on the Deck) can't contain kernel modules. There is an open source driver for Razer devices called OpenRazer, but to use it you will need to disable readonly mode on your Deck and manually compile it, which is a fairly difficult process if you're not use to software development on Linux and could potentially break the Deck's OS.

If you are brave enough to try installing OS-level packages and building kernel modules from source, here are some comments from somebody who had some success getting OpenRazer installed on their Deck:
