while proton/wine can run windows software, it's not going to do too well if it needs to interface with proprietary peripherals and possibly with other running software.
there's an unofficial project called openrazer that could help, but it'll probably only work fully in desktop mode.
and i don't know what install methods it supports and rights it requires, it may get tricky to install.
If you are brave enough to try installing OS-level packages and building kernel modules from source, here are some comments from somebody who had some success getting OpenRazer installed on their Deck:
