Installing KDE Desktop on steamdeck, how do i do it?

Hi, I am wanting to install Coinops Legends 3 on my steamdeck, but apparently i need to install this first, Can someone help and give me a dummies guide on steps needed please? Thanks DJSpiteful

The Steam Deck comes with KDE already. You don't need to install it. Perhaps you're misinterpreting switching to desktop mode? For that you long-press the power button and then pick the appropriate option from the menu.

ok thanks for that WarnerCK, so how do i get the image onto my steam deck and installed on my 512gbsd card, ftp or similar? any recommends on free or really good ones, any guides on setting up on steamdeck/pc, I WILL THEN BE SORTED ;-)

What image are you talking about?

coin ops legends3 for steamdeck, do i need t use ftp or something to transfer?
Please help as i am really struggling!

i used filezilla and ftp to my deck in the end, easy, now to install and get my roms on there ;-)
