Game Not Responding on Launch?

Hello, I just downloaded the game, but for some reason it stops responding when I launch it. No Error messages pop up or anything. Just a black screen. I installed the UE4 prerequisites that are in the extras folder thinking that may have been it. Although, nothing changed. Can someone please help? I think I've played Fortnite once back when it was popular and it ran (albeit on very low settings) so the computer has ran UE4 games before.
