Will not Startup - Q2/rtx3090 Air Link

I have not played this game for a while but noticed it has had a lot of recent updates so today I reinstalled it to give it a go again. When I startup it seems ok until it gets into the Loading screen, then crashes. I ran a file verify and this showed it to be ok. I've tried starting it up from my desktop shortcut and from my Steam library with the same result. I also tried it when I was in SteamVR and I did get a message that my headset was not supported, pressed ok and got the same loading crash. I'...
