what i still don't get is why people want female, men, skin tone choice etc when the game is created that way
i mean people don't complain about reshooting harry potter so he can become a girl affro american student
the game is created like that, it has a story behind
if devs had to put a choice where the player could pick male/ female
it would mean doubling voice acting budget, rewritting subtiles, remodeling a character reshading the character so we can see details in scenes like the moment she/he would wake up up close to the camera etc
i mean it's like asking to modify the eiffel tower because you don't like it

2. Eiffel tower? Well, I'm not demanding developers to add or change anything. I'm simply saying "It would've been nice" if I could play "this game" as male character. You know? For me? Like I said, just wanted to get that out of my chest. Pardon me again but it seems to me that you've been bothered by posts of "those guys" so much that any post that's even slightly similar to theirs makes you highly emotional.
3. Alien? I like that movie. I never complained about that movie's main character though. But now that it's brought up, I like Alien castings. I have no trouble with their sex.
I think you are/were very emotional when you read my post so that made you disregard the context. I'm saying "It would've been nice" if I could play "this game" as male character. You know, for me. It's personal preference regarding this game alone. I mean it's in the context.

Pardon me, but it doesn't matter if you care or not about Dead Space - you're displaying a double standard that's completely ignorant of the identity of the game and the resources that went into making it.
Asking for a "male" option is so hopelessly simple and oblivious that there is no option other than to disregard your post.
For those of you who clearly cannot see and just choose to expand the underlying meaning and context, please please remind yourself that I did apologize. "Sorry for the bother". Stop poking me with Dead Space and then say Dead Space is regardless. Stop suggesting that I want certain music to be softer when this has nothing to do with music or Eiffel tower. I'm talking about this game and this game alone. As for the story, since it is brought up, this is a roguelike game about a person trapped in a loop and wanting to solve the mystery in order to escape (assuming trailer is not false). I don't think wanting for a male option is not far fetched at all. I doubt she was chosen because she was a woman. My guess is that she happened to be the one who got stuck. Why can't a dude be too? And again, I'm not asking. I'm just wanting but also realizing that this hope wouldn't come to be.
I'm keep repeating myself here, but the purpose of this post is to let it off my chest and maybe people who share can take it off from theirs as well? If you don't share the same feeling then yes, you should just ignore it. You are not obligated to interact with every post and you know it. Again, sorry for the bother. Apologies for fanatic defenders of the game. I clearly underestimated the drastic change in Steam community.
I hope this game launches well; No horrible frame rate, No bugs or crashes and all that. Especially no keyboard and mouse issues. (Is this going to start another flame from people who hate keyboard and mouse players?) I'll be unsubscribing from this post because clearly it is now about something else.
The memo must have really went out for all the people absolutely certain incel has a specific definition to pretend woke has no definition. You guys arent really fooling anyone with this pretend routine.
I mean, no one's fooling anyone either when they pretend "woke" isn't just the catch-all bucket for people to throw things in that get them called ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ repeatedly.
That's been around forever and applying a label "to stop calling me an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥" might be more convenient for you in the age of internet than it was 50 years ago. You're still being an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, and the same kind of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
