How do you "disinfest" the station? Destroying all sangline nests? I've noticed there is a station power source, but since the station is locked out we can't get there. Or can we?

To disinfest the station, yes, you need to destroy all the Sangline nests within a certain time limit before the creatures start respawning.

As for the power source, there is indeed a way to access it. You’ll need to locate the secret passage hidden within the station to unlock it. Keep exploring, and you’ll find the way!

So i destroyed all the nests and found the power generator but I can't do anything with it. Also sanglines keep spawning. Do i need to bring something?

And the other important question: Does a disinfected station remain disinfected or does the infection respawn (in offline mode)?

Yeah... I can't find out anything about these infected stations. I just found an infected station in orbit of Venus, found the secret passage to get to the enclosed sections, killed some sanglines and zombies, but I can't get to those rooms with combinations, no clue where to start since there are no objects with numbers like in the abandoned buildings in land.

We urgently need a guide to understand how to play this game. Exploration is ok, but the way it's done now everything is just too obscure. And, what to do on planets? How do you find out the POIs in a planet? Mostly seem to be completely deserted.

Depends on the station, the subterranean bunkers have objects scattered around with numbers and in a sequence, so that's what you must type on the door's keypad to enter the caves. But this one I'm having a difficult with is a infected space station in orbit of Venus and it has two locked sections with keypads if I remember correctly. One in the "ground" floor and other one being the armoury in the upper section, that you can reach by taking a detour by flying into the roof of the ground section.
