might have something to do with the fact that your windows is out of date and wont have the correct drivers, this is a hardware issue, nothing to do with GSC if you don't update your system.

Agreed. The Windows 10 process scheduler also does not work correctly with dual-CCD AMD CPU's like the 5900X or anything Intel 12th Gen or newer with split P/E cores. You need to be running Windows 11 with those processors or you will have all sorts of significant, random performance problems in applications and games.

Is the the same exact error as in OP ?

If so, post basic specifications of your PC including GPU driver version.

Note that there are 2 similar error messages flying around lately.
One is caused by user error trying to force unsupported rendering interface (via adding -dx11 in Launch Options) and another (in original post here) is caused by not being above minimum specifications.

В мене теж з початку запускався але вилітав при вході в нову гру, після третього патчу навіть в гру не заходить (dx12 rhi use is required by the project but it is not supported or failed to choose a valid ) Windows 11 Pro Версія 24H2 збірка ОС 26100.2454, перепробував вже майже все.

Processes are not scheduled. At most, they define the base priority for all of the threads owned by a process.

POSSIBLE FIX:

If your error, when starting the game, reads "DX12 RHI use is required by the project, but it is not supported, or failed to choose a valid graphics adapter" and you are using an Nvidia card, follow these instructions:
1: Windows key + R and type dxdiag and then enter
2: go to the display tab, if it shows something about "error 32" then you had the same problem that I did and I believe that it is a bad driver update, if that is the case continue to step 3.
3: Windows + R and type devmgmt.msc, go to your display adapter, then graphics card and click "uninstall device" especially if your graphics card icon shows a screen with a yellow exclamation sign to the left.
4: restart your computer, you should be able to play Stalker 2 or any other game that requires DX12 again.

This worked for me, and I cannot guarantee that it will work for you, but I hope this helps, I will also be posting this in Ukrainian too.

Якщо ваша помилка звучить так: «Проект вимагає використання DX12 RHI, але він не підтримується, або не вдалося вибрати дійсний графічний адаптер», і ви використовуєте карту Nvidia, дотримуйтесь цих інструкцій:
1: Клавіша Windows + R і введіть dxdiag, а потім введіть
2: перейдіть на вкладку дисплея, якщо він показує щось про «помилку 32», то у вас була така ж проблема, як у мене, і я вважаю, що це погане оновлення драйвера, якщо це так, продовжуйте до кроку 3.
3: Windows + R і введіть devmgmt.msc, перейдіть до свого дисплейного адаптера, потім відеокарти та натисніть "видалити пристрій", особливо якщо на піктограмі вашої відеокарти відображається екран із жовтим знаком оклику зліва.
4: перезавантажте комп'ютер, ви зможете знову грати в Stalker 2 або будь-яку іншу гру, для якої потрібен DX12.

Це спрацювало для мене, і я не можу гарантувати, що це спрацює для вас, але я сподіваюся, що це допоможе.
