Single Player still not good?
I read an review of this game by Lanthrudar, Saying since multiplayer came the game is very tedious as single player. I am thinking about buying the game but that is something i really not like. And i dont buy it just to find out he is true and refund it...

I have never played multiplayer. Single player game has not changed because of the multiplayer at all. I am on my 6th play thru including Beta testing. I find the game very balanced and fun. They are still making changes and things before full release here early this year on PC ans PS5. You can stick to the main quest line, but I do suggest doing some exploring to add to the fun. It is also on sale right now for a really good price IMO. If I can answer any specific questions you have. Please feel free to ask. Happy Gaming.

Games are subjectively "good" based on your own preferences, nothing more. If you like FIFA, or Genshin Impact, combat, fighting games, those sorts of things; probably not.

If you like base-building (or airship in this case), open world exploration, investigating POIs, and surviving in post-apocalyptic dust-filled world that is no longer habitable for humans; then yes, the game is good.

I have only played this game single player and I never found it to be tedious at all. I did not, however, scour every tower in an attempt to find every blueprint.

I found what I needed as I explored and was able to finish the main quest line without much 'grind' at all.

In fact, unless the game scales its difficulty to the number of players I cant see how multiplayer would actually be better (asides from the grab-assery that can be fun).

I have no idea who Lanthrudar and cannot comment on how he/she/it played the game. All I can say is in my experience I found the game quite engaging in single player and not overly grindy at all.

I read through some of that review. Which was on it's own tedious to read to be honest. It felt more like they were griping on each and every single thing.
There are some truths there though, but it's easy to work around them.

I have played FS since the beginning and the amount of resources have balanced out over time. I never played the co-op, but hardly ever had issues finding the resources I needed or needed to take much time for it either.

Concerning suit printer they were talking about. While it's true that it's in a 2nd tab(there's actually a suggestion under consideration for a hotkey in upvote), what's in the suit printer is mostly equipment(1 or 2 time craft), ammo, resources(which can also be found at certain places) and boosters. Any blueprint which need more time to craft are in devices.

Babysitting plants is also exaggerated imo. While it is true they decreased the amount of water you can add at a time. It takes, depending on the grow time of the plant(and which fertiliser you added) around 2-3 fills. Not the original 5 you could add before. Most of the small plants have enough with the one fill. It takes time to use up that fill though(never timed it), but I found them more then enough times not depleted yet when returning to my ship.

I would suggest to watch some let's play on YT if you are considering.

Also in defence of devs: they have a whole site dedicated(upvote, pinned in general) towards suggestions and bugs. While they do listen, you can't satisfy all, so some people won't be satisfied. Some suggestions or bugs take time. Devs are only human and can only do so much.
And on that note, this person was one of few who were actually not recommending the game, I saw several others who did recommend it.
I PLAY Only Solo in all Games .. but one .. Normal isn't bad at all and there are plenty of stuff to pick-up ......... I tried Easy mode and it seems that there is more stuff in normal ... Yes it can be a grind, but still fun.

My only real complaint is that storage size sucks ... But that can be fixed by a couple storage mods.

You can get back-packs for personal storage expansion, and once you get the large chest then you will use nothing but those I find. Using a table or shelf you can group them closely together for quite a bit of storage space. Or stack large chests against the walls.
