Under the Dust tunnel quest bugged?

I can't understand why the quest "Find insect in tunnels Under the Dust" still shows "Explore tunnels and collect data from insect"

I have

- Had the mantis cutscene
- Scanned the mantis
- Removed the mantis glands
- Scanned the hanging body
- Virus scanned the mantis gland
- Have a Hemorrhagic Fever Sample
- Get the bug friend
- Made cushion for bug friend

What the heck am I missing?

Hi, in this task you need to pick up the tablet lying in front of the dead mantis. Due to a bug, this tablet does not get spawned with mantis corpses in the next Underdust locations, so if you left the first Underdust location already, you won't be able to get this tablet to progress (yet). We're working on a fix for this, sorry about that.

I've encountered OP's issue as well, what was the tablet and what did it unlock? I'm quite sure I've picked it up also, although I don't think I collected the glands on the bug's back, however I went to another elevator tower and collected the glands there but mission remains the same.

No problem, thanks for letting me know I'm not crazy.

From a player perspective the whole cut scene is cool, but very surprising. It turned off the "search every corner" mode in my brain and switched to "get out of here quick." mode.

I know its hard to balance tension in that situation, but you might want to consider reducing the amount of details the player needs to pay attention to after that. Poor player just dropped a brick in their shorts.
