where do I get plant resin

I need to make the virus analyzer but I can't as I don't have enough epoxy, however I can't figure out where plant resin comes from and I cant figure out where any other surface lifts are

You can get enough epoxy at Noahs Tower. The first thing to do is make the virus scanner. If you did not you will need to fly to another Noahs Tower and try to get enough to make one. Then you can go to the tunnels and learn to make it. You get plant resin in the tunnels after you get past the cold plants. Which you need the virus scanner for. So first thing is to get to another tower.

i found another surface elevator but can't get inside, like, I dont think it has an entrance

There should be another Noah's towers if you fly far enough the buildings repeat. Should just have to make another key card. So look for the one with all the containers to land on like you were just at or look for the Radar Icon.

I got really lucky and a drop pod landed near me that had enough epoxy to make the virus analyzer
